Teresa Welch, Editor and Board Member, graduated from Ohio University with degrees in International Studies and Spanish, and received a Masters in International Affairs from George Washington University (USA). For the past 20 years, she has lived in Corvallis, Oregon, working as an editor and translator. She studied West African dance for 15 years and traveled to Guinea twice for dance workshops.
