Nimsate Kane, Co-Director Senegal, has a BS in Life and Earth Science and M.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry of Natural Products from Cheikh Anta Diop University (Senegal). She also has a M.S. in Food Science (Nutrition) form North Carolina A and T State University (USA). Her special interests are helping people in nutrition, agriculture, etc. She loves to do research (in food science, chemistry, biochemistry, and microbiology), traveling in and discovering new cultures, and learning how different people live in their culture. She likes to take care of vulnerable people, babies, older people, and her household. She is proficient in Poular, Wolof, French, and English.
